Wacom release new format of Intuos3 pen graphics tablet for designers and photographers. Wacom release Intuos3 4x6 pen tabletWacom have released a new size format of their Intuos3 pen tablet for graphic designers, illustrators and graphic artists who work with wide screen displays. The Intuos3 4x6 is the latest in a range of graphics tablets from Wacom. The 4" by 6" format brings the number of formats offered by Wacom to 6, which includes other widescreen tablets like the 6x11 and 12x19 inch sizes. The Intuos3 range of graphics tablets are geared at graphics professionals, in particular those working with widescreen displays and dual monitors. The graphics tablets come with a battery-free Grip Pen which Wacom claims provides 1,024 levels of pressure sensitivity. Wacom's graphics tablets will work with Adobe Photoshop 7 and above, Corel Painter and also with Adobe Photoshop Elements – the latter which comes bundled with the product. The Intuos3 pen tablet is compatible with Windows PCs running XP, Vista, Windows 2000 or a Macintosh computer running Mac OS X 10.2.8 or above.
